Biography
Hélio Alvarez is a partner in BMA's corporate practice, with experience in mergers and acquisitions in several industries, such as healthcare, electronic payments industry, financial institutions, services, corporate real estate ventures, telecommunications, and fuel distribution.
Hélio was a foreign temporary associate at Davis Polk & Wardwell (2008–2009), and around the same time he was admitted to the New York State Bar, where he remains enrolled to the present day.
Languages: Portuguese, English and French.
