Biography
Gustavo Struck specialises in corporate and commercial law, financial law and real estate. Mr Struck represents national and foreign companies, including private equity firms, mainly in transactions involving M&A, joint ventures and corporate governance. Additionally, he also has experience in corporate finance transactions, including syndicated lending and secured financing, and in real estate transactions highlighting hospitality and industrial developments.

LLM degree – Northwestern Pritzker School of Law (2002)
Foreign associate – Morrison & Foerster, San Francisco (2002–2003).
