Biography
Gustavo’s main areas of practice include consulting on tax aspects of capital markets, private equity and venture capital operations, as well as corporate restructuring and combinations (mergers, spin-offs and incorporations). Gustavo’s work also includes the taxation of financial market operations and foreign investments in Brazil.
Academically, he graduated in law from PUC-SP (Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo).
