Gustavo Cedrone is a partner within the firm’s administrative law and business regulation practice, and has well recognised expertise in administrative and regulatory law; arbitration and mediation; oil and gas and energy sectors; environmental, constitutional and telecommunications law. He has advised clients on major domestic privatisation processes and on key international arbitrations.
In the past, he was a partner at Rosso Alba, Francia & Ruiz Moreno (2006–2009), a senior associate with Hope, Duggan & Silva (1999–2005), an associate with Demaría, Fernández Cronenbold & Barra (1994–1999), a legal adviser to the Secretary of Natural Resources and Sustainable Development (1994–1998), an associate with Baker & McKenzie (1993–1994) and an in-house lawyer at Telefónica de Argentina (1991–1993). Additionally, he was a deputy professor of history of law and of administrative law at the University of Buenos Aires School of Law. He is frequently invited to speak at conferences on administrative and regulatory law.
