Biography
Guillermo Puelles leads the practice of restructuring and insolvency as well as insurance (regulation, claims handling and coverage matters) and also dedicates to finance, insurance and regulation in aviation matters. He specialises in restructuring, insolvency and liquidation of corporations, M&A, corporate finance, global insurance practice (regulatory and handling of claims and coverage matters), finance and insurance in the aviation field and antitrust.
He assists clients with corporate finance and M&A deals with special focus on corporations in crisis, and private or public liquidation procedures and insolvency and restructuring proceedings. He actively participates representing major creditors and relevant debtors in the most important insolvency cases in Peru.
