Guillermo Puelles specialises in restructuring, insolvency and liquidation of corporations, mergers & acquisitions, corporate finance, global insurance practice, finance and insurance in the aviation field and antitrust.
He leads the practice of restructuring and insolvency as well as insurance. He also has experience in antitrust and consumer protection matters and administrative litigation.
He assists clients in corporate finance and mergers & acquisitions deals with special focus on corporations in crisis, and private or public liquidation procedures and insolvency and restructuring proceedings. He actively participates representing major creditors and relevant debtors in the most important insolvency cases in Peru.
He is the only Peruvian member of the prestigious International Insolvency Institute.
