Biography

Guillermo E Quiñoa focuses his practice mainly on business law, real estate and construction law, litigation and arbitration, and is also in charge of the firm’s pro bono work. 

He has a vast experience in advising companies that exploit commercial malls, manufacturers of products of mass consumption, computer and general hardware manufacturers, technology companies, maritime companies, oil and gas companies, exporters and pharmaceuticals.

Guillermo E Quiñoa joined PAGBAM in 1992 following the firm’s opening, he has been a partner since 1997 and is a member of the firm’s current executive committee. 

Graduated from the University of Buenos Aires (1989), with honours. He completed postgraduate studies in oil and gas law in the University of Buenos Aires (1996).

Foreign associate with Pillsbury, Madison & Sutro, San Francisco, USA (1994). In-house counsel of Techint, Argentine largest industrial conglomerate (1990–1991). Lawyer of the Large Taxpayers Division of the Argentine Tax Agency (1989–1990).
