Guillermo is a partner at our Lima Office, where he co-leads the corporate finance practice group. He has a law degree from the University of Lima and a master’s degree (LLM) from Duke University School of Law.
He has over 25 years of experience in corporate and transactional work, including M&A, bankruptcy, real estate and financing, providing legal advice to both national and international clients. He complements his professional practice as a teacher since 2009 in charge of subjects related to corporations law on the master’s degree programme of the Pontificia Universidad Catolica del Peru and since 2022 in the University of Lima law school.
Before joining Santivañez Abogados, Guillermo has been a partner of Auler & Pinto Abogados; Forsyth Abogados; Jorge Avendaño, Forsyth & Arbe Abogados and Forsyth & Arbe Abogados.
