Biography
Guilherme advises national and international clients, including private equity funds and publicly held companies, in corporate and contractual matters such as mergers and acquisitions (M&A), joint ventures, divestments, reorganisations and corporate consulting. He served as an international associate in the New York office of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP.
