Biography
Guilherme has experience assisting companies in merger and acquisition transactions, legal due diligence process, joint ventures and corporate reorganisations, negotiation of commercial agreements, as well as assisting listed companies. He has deep knowledge in the preparation and negotiation of agreements and corporate documents, as well as assisting clients in corporate disputes. He worked on cross-border transactions in different Latin American jurisdictions, as well as Brazilian corporations doing business abroad. He has also advised Latin American, North American and European companies in making investments in Brazil.
He graduated in law from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie, 2008; specialised in business administration from Fundação Getilio Vargas (FGV-SP), 2010.
