Assistant professor, civil law department of the State University of Rio de Janeiro – UERJ. Course coordinator, Brazilian Institute of Civil Law – IBDCivil. Lecturer in civil law at the Center for Legal Research and Teaching of Law (CEPED/UERJ), the Getúlio Vargas Foundation (FGV), the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (PUC/Rio), and the Magistrates’ School of Rio de Janeiro (EMERJ). Author of O problema do nexo causal na responsabilidade civil published by Editora Renovar, and Lucros cessantes: do bom senso ao postulado normativo da razoabilidade, published by Editora RT. Arbitrator with the Brazilian Center for Mediation and Arbitration – CBMA (since 2009) and the CIESP/FIESP Chamber of Conciliation, Mediation and Arbitration (since 2015).
