Biography
Gabriel Matarasso has been a partner since 1996. His areas of specialisation include corporate, commercial, finance and capital markets, both local and international.
He has advised in many M&A transactions, advising investment banks, financial entities, strategic partners and private equity funds in international transactions. He has also advised banks and companies on different types of transactions, including debt restructurings and restructuring proceedings under Central Bank supervision.
He has advised foreign investors in public bids and joint ventures, and different types of public sector related transactions, including energy.
He has an LLM from the University of Houston.
He has spoken on courses and seminars and has published works on matters related to his areas of specialisation.
