Gabriel del Valle represents domestic and international financial institutions, sponsors and borrowers in a variety of domestic and cross-border financial transactions, with special emphasis in project finance, structured finance and capital markets.
Within such transactions, Gabriel has worked in structuring and restructuring credit facilities, debt and equity private and public offerings (including capital notes, CKDs, CERPIs and FIBRAs-E) and establishing private equity funds, as well as in structuring and implementing a variety of infrastructure projects, such as PPPs, toll roads, international bridge crossings, energy and water treatment plants.
Career: Joined Ritch Mueller in 2005, has been a partner since 2008, and currently serves as managing partner. Foreign associate at Shearman & Sterling, New York from 1999 to 2005. Law degree – Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (1995), master’s in law and certificate in management – Kellogg School of Management (1999). Admitted to practise in New York in 2002.
