Biography
Frederico Viana Rodrigues is a partner in the areas of banking and finance, capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, private equity and technology and intellectual property at Cescon, Barrieu, Flesch & Barreto Advogados.
He represents banks and other financial institutions, private equity firms, multinationals, public corporations and other investors on a wide range of transactions including mergers, acquisitions, asset sales, joint ventures and other corporate transactions, involving various segments of the economy.
He holds a degree in law from Faculdade de Direito Milton Campos and he holds a master’s degree in corporate law from the Federal University of Minas Gerais.
