Francisco has 10 years’ experience in capital markets transactions, project finance, debt restructuring and banking and securities regulation.
He has been recognised by The Legal 500 as a rising star in banking and financial law.
Before joining TRSyM, he was an associate at Bruchou, Fernández Madero & Lombardi (2011–2014), and a foreign associate at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett in New York (2017–2018). He also worked as a law clerk at the Fiscalía Nacional en lo Criminal de Instrucción No. 9 (2007–2011).
He graduated as a lawyer at the University of Buenos Aires in 2011 and completed an LLM in banking and finance law (with distinction) at Queen Mary University, London in 2016.
Francisco is also an assistant lecturer in contract law and banking law at the University of Buenos Aires.
