Biography
Francisco is co-leader of Galicia’s energy and infrastructure groups, with a focus on project finance advising clients in the development, construction, financing (through project finance, project bonds and other structures), operation and maintenance of small, medium and large-scale energy projects, sector M&A transactions and joint ventures, as well as energy regulation and litigation.
He is particularly known for his participation in sophisticated transactions and his experience in the negotiation of financial agreements and project contracts, including power purchase and hedge agreements, natural gas transportation agreements, engineering, procurement and construction contracts and operation and maintenance arrangements.
Latin Lawyer and other renowned international publications and directories recognise him as a leading practitioner highlighting his negotiation skills, technical expertise and business approach.
Francisco is a member of Galicia´s Knowledge Management Committee.
