Biography
Franciny de Barros is a partner in the tax practice area and has extensive experience in the tax aspects of M&A transactions and corporate restructurings and in international and domestic tax planning.
She also advises on tax issues that arise in the day-to-day conduct of clients' businesses. She has been a tax specialist for over 10 years and has participated in a number of challenging M&A and restructuring transactions involving both national and international companies.
