Fradyn Suárez focuses her practice on cross-border corporate and project finance in Latin America and the Caribbean. She regularly advises commercial and development banks, borrowers, and sponsors groups with bilateral, syndicated, and club financings across a variety of sectors. Fradyn has led significant bank and sponsor-side representations in almost every jurisdiction in the region. Most recently, she led the representation of the sponsors in the US$525 million Rumichaca-Pasto 4G project. She has been named one of the top 100 female lawyers in Latin America by Latinvex four years in a row.
Fradyn is a member of the New York State Bar Association, the Cuban American Bar Association, and the Hispanic National Bar Association. She is consistently recognised by Chambers, The Legal 500, Latinvex and other leading directories for her extensive Latin American and Caribbean finance experience.
Fradyn is also active in Jones Day’s women’s and Hispanic lawyer groups and serves as the business development partner for the firm’s Miami Office.
