Flávio Veitzman is a partner at Pinheiro Neto Advogados, and has worked for the firm since 1999. He is a tax attorney with focus on financial products, M&A, private equity and corporate reorganisation deals, as well as capital market transactions. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (2001), an LLB from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (2002), a graduate degree in tax law from Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (2005) and an LLM in international tax from the University of Florida (2007, John W Thatcher scholar). He was a foreign associate at Davis Polk & Wardwell in New York (2007–2008). He is admitted to the NY BAR and fluent in Portuguese, English and French.
