Biography
Flavio Veitzman practises in tax counselling and administrative litigation involving M&A deals, corporate restructurings, investments abroad and financial operations.
He holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from the Getúlio Vargas Foundation (FGV), a bachelor's degree in law from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC-SP), a specialisation degree (certificate) in law from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC-SP) and an LLM in international tax law from the University of Florida. He was a foreign associate at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP USA. He is fluent in Portuguese, English and French.
