Flavio focuses on tax matters involving foreign investments in Brazil, transactions involving investment funds and transactions in financial and capital markets, including debt and equity-structured transactions, project financing and real estate. He also advises on tax aspects of business combination, corporate reorganisations and debt restructuring.
