Biography
Mr Núñez has more than 19 years of experience, focusing on corporate tax law, international tax law and transactional structuring. He also has very broad experience in wealth management.
He is a member of the Lima Bar Association, the International Fiscal Association (IFA) and the Peruvian Institute of Tax Law (IPDT). He has also been admitted as part of STEP (Society of Trusts and Estate Practitioners),
Graduated from the University of Lima (2004), he attained a master’s in law (LLM) in International and European Taxation at Maastricht University, the Netherlands.
He is president of the Tax Committee of the Infrastructure Promotion Association. He is also part of the board of the Peruvian Institute of Tax Law (IPDT).
Mr Núñez was previously senior manager and partner with EY Peru and is a postgraduate lecturer at several important universities in Peru and abroad.
He is a recognised lawyer in his practice by various rankings such as Chambers High Net Worth Guide, Chambers Latin America and Leaders League, The Legal 500 as a leading individual lawyer in tax and wealth management.
