Fernando Molina specialises in mergers & acquisitions, project finance and corporate finances group.
He is dual-qualified in the State of New York and Peru. He advises companies, sponsors, financial and multilateral entities on infrastructure and energy projects finance, as well as operations involving stock market regulation and public takeover bids.
He participates in the development of acquisition and sale processes, particularly projects and the design and implementation of corporate and structured financing. He further assists clients with the review of compliance-related matters resulting from acquisitions and financings, especially in connection with infrastructure projects.
