Biography
Fernando Mirandez Del Nero Gomes is a partner at Pinheiro Neto Advogados, having joined the firm in 2002. Gomes’s practice primarily focuses on the financial institutions and payments sector, advising local and international institutions in general regulatory matters, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), joint ventures and local and cross-border structured finance. From 2012 to 2014, he worked as an investment banker at Deutsche Bank in New York, covering financial institutions and assisting them in varied corporate finance matters. Gomes holds an LLB degree from the University of São Paulo and an MBA degree from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, where he graduated as a Palmer scholar.
