Fernando Mirandez Del Nero Gomes focuses his practice on the financial institutions and payments sector, advising domestic and international institutions on general regulatory matters, M&A, joint ventures, and local and cross-border structured finance. From 2012 to 2014, he worked as an investment banker at Deutsche Bank in New York, covering financial institutions and assisting them in varied corporate finance matters.
Gomes holds bachelor's degree in law from the University of São Paulo (USP) and an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a specialisation degree (Certificate) in finance from the Getúlio Vargas Foundation (FGV). He is fluent in Portuguese, English and Spanish.
