Mr Martínez Zuviría joined Allende & Brea after graduating magna cum laude from Universidad Austral in 2005. He attended the Academy of American and International Law at the Center for American and International Law, Texas, US, in 2007. In May 2012, he obtained a master’s degree (LLM) at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, US.
His practice focuses on assisting laboratories and medical devices manufacturers on their daily operations in corporate, contractual and regulatory matters. In particular, he advised our clients in drafting and negotiating manufacture, licence, agency and distribution agreements, and in a number of local and cross-border M&A transactions, joint ventures, divestitures, reorganisations and public tenders. He has conducted legal and regulatory due diligence, drafted and negotiated the acquisition agreements, and filed the relevant procedures with the National Administration of Drugs, Foods and Medical Devices (ANMAT) and with the Federal and Provincial Ministries of Health.
