Biography
Fernando J Prado Ferreira is a partner in the corporate area of Pinheiro Neto Advogados. He specialises in financial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, corporate law, projects, foreign investment financing, mutual funds and portfolio management, international business law, international associations and securities. He holds a bachelor’s degree in law from Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo, a master’s degree in commercial law from University of São Paulo, and an LLM from the University of Michigan Law School. Ferreira worked as a foreign associate at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP in New York, and is fluent in Portuguese, English and Spanish.
