Biography
Fernando Gomes is a partner in the areas of banking and finance, capital markets, infrastructure and government relations and project finance at Cescon, Barrieu, Flesch & Barreto Advogados.
He represents banks and other financial institutions, publicly held companies, private companies and other investors, foreign and domestic sponsors in a variety of transactions such as the financing of projects and structured transactions, including the issuance of bonds, in various areas (regulated or not) of the industry.
He holds a degree in law from Faculdade de Direito Milton Campos, he is a specialist in business law from Fundação Getulio Vargas and he also holds a master’s degree in law from University of Pennsylvania Law School. He was an international associate at a major New York law firm between 2008 and 2009.
