Fernando de Posadas Trambauer focuses on corporate and M&A. He has significant M&A experience and has considerable expertise in advising important local and international clients on corporate issues and on foreign direct investment in major projects, particularly in mining, natural resources and infrastructure. He has participated as lead lawyer in many of the most significant investment projects in the country, including the construction of the first LNG plant in Uruguay. His clients include Montes del Plata, Minera Aratiri, Gas Sayago, Hyundai.
Fernando has been with the firm since 1993 and worked as a foreign attorney at King & Spalding LLP – Washington, DC.
He is a member of the Uruguayan Bar Association and the International Bar Association.
