Felipe returns to the firm – he was an associate between 2003 and 2006 – to continue his diversified career of 25 years in the market, covering M&A transactions, private equity and venture capital investments, besides asset management, wealth management, corporate finance and capital markets.
In addition to working at Veirano in the early 2000s, Felipe practised in other renowned Brazilian law firms. He founded his own in 2015: Demori Claudino Sociedade de Advogados. He was also a co-founder of Leblon Equities, a traditional asset management firm focused on Brazilian equity, where he worked for many years. Between 1998 and 1999, he was an international associate at the New York office of Shearman & Sterling. Throughout his career, Felipe sat on boards of directors and advisory boards of private and publicly held companies.
