Biography
Felipe Boisset is partner of our M&A and financings areas and he is co-head of the M&A practice area and also head of our real estate area. He holds an LLM in securities and financial regulation from Georgetown University. Also, he is a graduate lawyer from the University of Lima.
Felipe has been an international associate at the New York office of Simpson, Thacher & Bartlett LLP and he is also admitted to practise in the State of New York.
Felipe is a professor of mergers and acquisitions at the University of Lima. He has an important track record in corporate transactions (local and international), mergers and acquisitions, financing and capital markets.
