Biography
Felipe has extensive experience in all areas of the oil and gas industry, project structuring and development and M&A. Felipe was a consultant at Mozambique’s Ministry of Mineral Resources, and a legal manager at Shell Brasil in the areas of new business development and exploration. He also worked as an international associate in the Barcelona office of Cuatrecasas, Gonçalves & Pereira. Felipe is a member of the AIPN, vice-president of the O&G committee of the OAB in Rio de Janeiro, coordinator of the IBDE oil commission and has published books and articles.
Academically, he holds a bachelor's and master's degree from UERJ, a postgraduate degree in corporate law and capital markets from FGV-RJ, and an LLM in corporate governance from Stanford Law School. Felipe is currently working on a doctorate at UERJ and is a professor of the postgraduate course in business law at UERJ.
