Biography
Felicitas María de Achával, a partner within the firm’s Labour and Social Security practice, has vast domestic and cross-border experience in employment and social security issues. In international markets, she regularly advises clients on matters involving expatriations, international assignments, and relocations. She has a well-recognised experience advising clients on labour and social security issues in connection with M&As in different countries, with special focus on Europe, Africa and Middle East.
Prior to joining the firm, she was an associate with Bruchou, Fernández Madero, Lombardi & Mitrani (2005-2007) and with Severgnini, Robiola, Grinberg & Larrechea (2000–2005).
