Biography
Federico graduated from the Universidad de la República in 1997, heads the real estate department and co-heads the energy and infrastructure team. His practice includes structuring urban and rural real estate investments and REITs, assisting developers in the purchase, sale and lease of real estate properties for residential, tourism, industrial and commercial purposes and agribusiness.
Federico further has vast experience in the oil and gas sector, renewable energies and infrastructure projects and developments.
He is a magister in administrative and economics at the Universidad de Montevideo and has a postgraduate course at the School of Law of Universidad de la República on buildings regimes and lease of real estate.
As a professor, Federico dictates courses at the Universidad de Montevideo in real estate practice as well as on rural real estate contracting at the notarial postgraduate program of the Universidad de Montevideo. Besides this, he dictates graduate courses on energy and projects at the Universidad Católica del Uruguay.
