Biography
Federico Rocca focuses his practice in banking law and capital markets. Advises local and foreign financial institutions on a regular basis, and actively participates in the structuring of financing operations and public offerings. Renders permanent advice to the Electronic Stock Exchange (BEVSA) and plays a key role in cutting-edge matters. Got his law degree from the Catholic University of Uruguay (2001), where he is currently assistant professor of commercial and banking law. Invited professor in the course of corporate law at the ORT University of Uruguay, for banking law and capital markets. Author of the Uruguayan chapter of Capital Markets of Latin Lawyer Reference. President of Management Fiduciario y Profesional SA, a professional trustee company registered with the Central Bank of Uruguay. Member of the commercial law department of the Catholic University of Uruguay.
