Biography
Her professional activity is mainly developed in corporate law, banking and securities. She mainly assists our clients on domestic and cross-border mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures. She also has broad experience in all corporate matters, incorporation of companies, companies’ restructuring and contractual matters (purchase and sale, leasing, services, distribution and others). Federica is also involved in real estate matters related to the acquisition, sale, and lease of commercial, hotel, hospitality and residential real estate.
She has recently completed studies in the areas of management and corporate finance, which has allowed her to better understand the needs of our clients and to seek practical solutions that fit them.
In recent years, she has focused on the International Sanctions Regime imposed on Venezuela, which has allowed her to assist our international clients in this matter.
Currently, she also works with entrepreneurs in Venezuela, being the coordinator of ARAQUEREYNA WithU, an initiative aimed at meeting the legal needs of entrepreneurs.
