Biography
Fabrizio has extensive experience advising financial institutions, multilateral development agencies and large corporations on project finance, structured loans and fund raising in the capital markets both in Brazil and abroad.
He graduated in law from Pontifícia Universidade Católica (PUC-SP), 2000; specialised in financial and capital markets from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV-SP), 2003. He attended a course on handling commercial loan transactions at Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education, USA, 2003; American and International Law at The Center for American and International Law, USA, 2004; and Program on Negotiation at Harvard Law School in 2009.
