Fábio has more than 17 years of experience in intellectual property, contracts and entertainment law. He focuses his practice on information technology, personal data protection and privacy, digital law, internet, software, IT outsourcing, licensing, transactions involving IT and intangible assets and contracts in general. He is also recognised for his expertise in media and communications. He is also an expert in licensing, entertainment and media (music, television and digital) and in IT, including cloud computing services and complex technology transactions. Fábio advises clients in sophisticated commercial transactions involving intangible assets and IP rights.
Previously, Fábio worked as in-house counsel for TV Globo.
