Evelyn Rebuli is the partner head of the labour and employment department at ALTA-QIL+4 Abogados, providing legal advice to corporate and individual employers on labour and employment related matters.
Evelyn focuses her practice on employment negotiation, structures and hiring, remuneration schemes, labour litigation, social security regulations, collective bargaining and alternative dispute resolution. Evelyn also has ample expertise coordinating all labour-related aspects of due diligence processes for mergers and acquisitions transactions
Evelyn proactively advises clients on preventive measures directed to ensure compliance with relevant labour and employment standards and local laws and regulations, as well as international treaties. Her practice and advice are highly valued as effective and efficient while avoiding future legal risks, such as labour litigations.
She taught labour law at Rafael Landívar University, Guatemala and is the author of “Manual Laboral”, sponsored by the Independent Banana Producers Association, Guatemala 2012.
