He has published several papers on the subject and lectured on the graduate programme on corporate law at Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León. His research spans from general insolvency treatises to analysis on the treatment of derivative transactions in bankruptcy.
He obtained his law degree from Universidad Panamericana in Mexico and a master’s in business administration from Boston University.
He is one of the most recognised restructuring and insolvency lawyers in Mexico for his expert and pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
