Joined MENPA in 1993. Partner since 2007. Member of our Executive Committee.
Co-leader of our litigation department.
Advises clients on commercial matters, labour law, corporate governance and structures, public law and regulatory issues, life sciences, exchange control regulations, foreign investment, energy and natural resources, sports and entertainment, dispute resolution (including cassation procedures before the Supreme Tribunal of Justice), banking and finance, real estate, M&As, among others; as well as performing pro bono work.
From 2016 to 2019, vice-president of the Venezuelan Professional Baseball League.
