Enrique V Veramendi is a partner at Marval O’Farrell Mairal. He joined the firm in 2002 and specialises in administrative law.
Enrique advises and represents local and foreign clients in the areas of infrastructure, energy and public utilities, as well as in other regulated industries (agribusiness, pharmaceutical companies and banks). He regularly participates in procurement proceedings and deals with the regulatory aspects of major transactions. Recently he has taken part in significant investment projects and financing operations.
He graduated as a lawyer from the Universidad de Buenos Aires in 2001, with honours. In 2006, he earned a masters’ degree in administrative law from Universidad Austral and in 2008 a master of laws (LLM) from New York University as a Hauser Global scholar.
He has made contributions in books and published several articles in his area of specialisation. He teaches administrative law in undergraduate and graduate courses.
He is a member of the Buenos Aires Bar Association.
