Biography
Expert in capital markets transactions, including public offerings of shares, public offerings of debt securities (debentures, commercial papers, bonds, notes), tender offers (OPAs) and special auctions in stock exchanges (block trades). Her work has emphasis in publicly held companies, especially in corporate restructurings and merger and acquisitions involving publicly held companies. She also works with matters related to CVM regulation, such as publicly held companies’ registration as publicly held company, drafting of reference forms and materials for meetings, and administrative sanctioning proceedings. She has previous experience in the areas of knowledge of aviation, telephony, metals, oil and gas, mining, energy, pharmaceutical, cement, sanitation, retail and mall developers and managers.
Received her LLB from the University of São Paulo. Completed the Advanced Programme of Education course at Fundação Getulio Vargas.
Member of the International Bar Association and of the Market Arbitration Chamber of BM&FBOVESPA (2016). Has worked as Federal Prosecutor of the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission (1997/2001).
