Biography
Eduardo is a partner at Nader, Hayaux & Goebel. His practice areas include banking and finance, specialising in restructuring and financing transactions, mergers and acquisitions, real estate and structured finance, with strong expertise in the tourism, industrial and commercial sectors.
He has more than 25 years of experience advising foreign and national clients including financial institutions, global real estate investors and leading Mexican companies on their operations in the local market, with extensive experience representing financial institutions in large real estate financings.
Eduardo has a strong international practice. He worked in the Chicago office of international law firm Mayer Brown, where he was involved in major financing transactions.
Eduardo has a particularly strong experience in financing in the hospitality sector.
Eduardo received a postgraduate degree in economic and corporate law and another in civil law from the Universidad Panamericana. He graduated as an attorney from the same university.
