Tristão has outstanding performance in corporate real estate transactions, focusing on contracts and corporate law. He actively participates in real estate transactions for direct purchase and sale of urban and rural real estate properties, advising individuals, legal entities, investment funds and equity funds. He also advises clients on fundraising for real estate development and is responsible for conducting structured multidisciplinary transactions for direct or indirect real estate financing. He’s a member of the Brazilian Institute of Real Estate Law (IBRADIM), founder and member of the Advisory Board of Instituto Movimento 133 and founding member of Academia Nacional de Direito Notarial e Registral (AD NOTARE).
