Biography
Founding partner of the firm, has more than 25 years of experience as a lawyer, handling some of the largest restructuring cases, corporate transactions and commercial and corporate disputes in Brazil. He is also a professor of the Law School of the University of São Paulo, and has published numerous books and articles on corporate law and bankruptcy. His work as a lawyer and professor has impacted the Brazilian legal practice, as Munhoz has significantly contributed to create ground-breaking solutions in critical matters both in the law and case law.
