Biography
Partner in the practice areas of data privacy and cybersecurity and intellectual property and innovation at Demarest, Eduardo Magrani holds a postdoctoral degree in Artificial Intelligence from the Technical University of Munich (TUM), in Germany, a doctorate in constitutional law from the Pontificia Universidade Católica (PUC-Rio) and a master’s degree in constitutional law from the same institution. Eduardo has strong international experience, specialising in strategic research and development consultancy related to the Internet of Things, artificial intelligence and data protection. He is an affiliate of the Berkman Klein Center for Internet & Society at Harvard University and also a professor of Intellectual Property Law modules at institutions such as PUC, Grupo Educacional IBMEC, Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV) and Instituto CESAR.
