Biography
Eduardo López specialises in banking and finance law, corporate finance, and mergers & acquisitions.
He counsels on corporate and financial operations, both local and international, mergers & acquisitions, corporate finances, capital markets, corporate and projects finance, risk capital and derivatives.
He has participated in various issuances and public placings of transferable securities, including stocks, bonds and commercial papers, representing both issuers and structurers as well as in corporate financing, structured, syndicated, financial leasing and infrastructure projects, representing both banks and companies and sponsors.
He currently teaches corporate finance at the University of Lima.
