Biography
Eduardo is a partner in the areas of capital markets, banking and finance and project finance at Cescon, Barrieu, Flesch & Barreto Advogados.
He represents investment banks and other financial institutions, multinationals, private and publicly held companies, private equity firms and other investors in a wide range of transactions, including public and private offerings of securities and structured finance transactions in different economic sectors.
He holds a degree in law from Pontifícia Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro and a postgraduate degree in corporate and capital markets law from Fundação Getulio Vargas. He was an international associate in a major New York law firm, between 2013 and 2014.
