Biography
Eduardo Herszkowicz is a partner in the areas of investment funds, capital markets, banking and finance, and mergers and acquisitions at Cescon, Barrieu, Flesch & Barreto Advogados.
He represents banks and other foreign and domestic financial institutions, investment funds and private equity funds, foreign and domestic companies and other investors in public offering transactions, issuance of debentures, issuance of bonds, structured financings, mergers, acquisitions, sale of assets and joint ventures involving various sectors of the economy. He has been particularly involved in several major securitisation transactions.
He holds a degree in law from Pontifícia Catholic University of São Paulo and he also holds a master’s degree in law from the University of Chicago Law School. He was an international associate at a major New York law firm between 2001 and 2002.
