Biography
Partner of the corporate financial department of the firm, with broad knowledge in banking and insurance regulations, local and international financial operations, securitisation of receivables, structuring of investment funds, derivatives and foreign exchange regulations.
Received his LLB from the University of São Paulo, postgraduate degree in insurance and reinsurance law from Fundação Getúlio Vargas, and an LLM in banking law and Financial Regulation from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
Foreign associate at Mayer Brown LLP in Chicago (2007–2008).
Member of the International Bar Association.
