Biography
Educated at Universidad Iberoamericana (JD, 2009), Universidad Panamericana (graduate tax degree, 2010) and New York University School of Law (LLM in international taxation, 2012). Foreign associate in the New York office of an important global firm where he focused his practice providing US international tax advice to private equity funds and banking institutions doing outbound and inbound investments in the US. Admitted to practise in New York since 2012. Eduardo is a member of the tax practice of the Firm. He specialises in corporate and international tax with an emphasis in mergers and acquisitions, financings and capital markets. Mr Brandt regularly advises private equity funds, venture capital funds, multinational cross-border financings and capital markets transactions and also Mexican companies in connection to cross-border transactions and their outbound investments.
