Biography
He is the head partner of the energy and the environmental and natural resources practices of the firm. He has more than 15 years of experience and has provided legal counsel to some of the most important transnational and national enterprises, including those on the Fortune 500 list. Furthermore, he has broad experience related to administrative and constitutional litigation, as well as government procurement related to his practice areas. Edmond has been involved in some of the most important matters related to energy and environment in Mexico and provides counselling with respect to environmental impact authorisations and audits, waste management, air pollutant emissions, water consumption, waste water treatment and discharges, environmental site assessments, litigation arising from the matters listed above, among other areas. Additionally, dealing with government procurement and has counselled the Mexican government in the prevention of corruption.
